As you are no doubt aware, the COVID -19 pandemic has caused many changes to Temple University's normal operating procedures. Below are some updates about changes and resources available to you at this time.
Please BACKUP your project regularly!
Because of the pandemic we are not going to be able to access our server in a timely fashion and so cannot easily retrieve automatic backups of your projects. We are asking all users to make sure to backup their projects often! If you need help backing things up, please contact an admin (details below).
Libraries Now Open
Temple University Library locations are now open, with some reduced hours and seating. Our librarians and libraries are still offering many services and resources online, as well.
You can still chat with a librarian, access online resources (including e-books), request digital copies of articles, and schedule consultations with librarians, including REDCap administrator Will Dean, to support your research needs. How to reset your password.
if you are a TUHS user, your REDCap login should be the same as your TUHS ID -- the same one as you use to log into Epic, or a TUHS machine. If you don't know your TUHS password, you cannot reset it through REDCap. You need to call the TUHS Helpdesk at 215-707-7008 and ask to have your TUHS password reset. If you ask to have your REDCap password reset, they will not be able to help.
If you are not a TUHS user, then you should be able to go through the password reset steps within REDCap to reset your password. For this to work, you must have already set a security question which can be accomplished by clicking on the "My Profile" link in the top right of the screen. Please make sure you have set your security question now, while you still know your current password! If you have been through this password-reset process and have not received an email from the system with a new temporary password, be sure to check your junk mail folder since sometimes these messages get filtered by email systems.
